1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website at topdogresin.com ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone who accesses or uses the Site.

2. Services

Top Dog Coatings LLC provides epoxy flooring installation, concrete coatings, countertop fabrication, and related services ("Services") in Maryland, Washington D.C., Virginia, Delaware, and surrounding areas. All estimates and quotes are subject to on-site assessment and may vary based on actual project conditions.

3. Estimates & Quotes

Free estimates provided through the Site or by phone are preliminary and non-binding. Final pricing is determined after an in-person assessment of the project site. All written proposals are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Acceptance of a proposal requires a signed agreement and deposit as specified.

4. Payment Terms

A deposit (typically 50%) is required to schedule and begin work. The remaining balance is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee. Past-due balances may accrue interest at 1.5% per month.

5. Warranties

Top Dog Coatings LLC warrants its workmanship against defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of project completion, subject to proper care and maintenance per our guidelines. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by abuse, misuse, improper maintenance, substrate failure, or acts of God. Material warranties are governed by the respective manufacturer's terms.

6. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

• Ensure the work area is clear of furniture, vehicles, and personal belongings before the scheduled start date
• Ensure adequate access to the property and work area
• Disclose any known substrate issues (cracks, moisture, contamination) prior to installation
• Follow post-installation care instructions provided by Top Dog Coatings LLC

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled job may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling requests made with at least 48 hours' notice will be accommodated subject to availability. Top Dog Coatings LLC reserves the right to reschedule due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances without penalty.

8. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and submitting a form on our Site, you consent to receive text messages from Top Dog Coatings LLC related to your inquiry, estimate, and project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. We do not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Top Dog Coatings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site or our Services. Our total liability to any party shall not exceed the amount paid by that party for the specific Services giving rise to the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

11. Governing Law
